1.When you access the website from overseas, the “WorldShopping Cart” will be displayed automatically.
2.Add your favorite items to the WorldShopping cart.
Click “Add to Cart” of the WorldShoppinng banner to proceed to buy your favorite items.
The cart will only appear for items that can be purchased from your country.

Fee

WorldShopping will charge 10% service on the “Total Product Price”*. Once we deliver the product to WorldShopping, you will receive another payment request from WorldShopping containing International Shipping Fee, Handling Fee and Other Fees (If any). See WorldShopping Fees for details.
*Total Product Price=(Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee in Japan).

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with the online store are accepted on the assumption that the purchase will be completed, as such, cancellations are not accepted once and order has been accepted.

Order cancellations from customers will not be permitted except for in the following cases:

You have made a mistake in selecting a product.
You have accidentally made a duplicate order.

Please verify the contents of your order in advance before completing your order.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please be sure to contact us before placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who have abused our cancellation system.

[Pre-Order and Pre-Release Products]

With regards to Pre-Orders

- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
- Please add the items to your cart as you would for a regular order and proceed to checkout. After you have completed the order process, we will contact you to let you know that your reservation is complete.
- If you purchase normal (in stock) items and Pre-Order items at the same time, they will be shipped together after the Pre-Order items arrive.
- If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the order will be shipped after the last pre-order item is released.
- In the event that we are short of the number of units we are scheduled to receive, orders will be placed in order of arrival.
- Please note that we may cancel your order if we are unable to prepare the product for your order.
- We do not offer substitutions or alternatives for order shortages.
- The release date for both domestic and imported versions may be postponed without notice.
- Please note that due to the nature of imported recordings, there may be a delay in the arrival of the product.
- If there is an item that you would like to purchase on our website before the arrival of the pre-ordered item, you can place it on hold until the arrival of the pre-ordered item. We can also ship the item before the pre-ordered item arrives should you request it.

* This is a service in which we place an order with the manufacturer and prepare the item for you.
* If the manufacturer has the item in stock, it will be available in 14-30 days.
* If the manufacturer is out of stock, your order will be canceled.
* If you are in a hurry to verify the stock or to confirm an exact delivery date, please contact the store before placing your order.
* If you order a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item at the same time, it will be shipped after the pre-ordered item arrives.

- We also offer secondhand products in all genres.
- Some of them may have damage to the jacket or the disc due as they are secondhand products.
- Product listings include pictures of the item as well as a note on the condition of the item, however, if you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order.
